Drying Machine
Drying machines are equipment that are used in the drying and cleaning
applications of filter manufacturing. These machines can be used to dry
materials with a specific humidity or granularities in milling of ores,
building materials and chemical industry. Based on latest technology, the
drying machines of now days are simple and easy to operate and deliver high
utility and efficiency.
Drying machines are multi-functional equipment designed for drying and
cleaning of the filter element. The initial filtration procedure utilizes
either a sintered filter mesh or a cloth filter holder. Depending on the
application need and requirement, filter systems can be selected that can be
used and swap around. The dryer has a variable speed in-built agitator that
can move in any direction for drying and cleaning of product and for
removing any impurities.
For complete drying of the product, two options are available - first is a,
simple vacuum drying process and in another one, a pre-heated carrier gas
can be introduced, such as nitrogen.
